Substructure Completes Dive and Repair Work at Drinking Water Facility
In spring of 2011, Substructure completed dive work at a local drinking water facility supply reservoir. The team of divers repaired a valve actuator while it was locked in the open position. Substructure utilized proprietary safety measures in order to ensure the safety of its divers in this potentially hazardous environment. This risky work was completed in a single dive while the facility was still operating at full capacity. The dive was considered a great success as the valve was effectively repaired.
