Substructure Utilizes ROV Pipeline Crawler for Inspection of Power Plant Cooling System

In summer of 2011, Substructure utilized an ROV pipeline crawler to complete a facility inspection at a local power plant. The ROV had a mounted camera which enabled Substructure staff to monitor the inspection and simultaneously create video evidence to present to the client.
