Safety First

Substructure engages in professional operations that are constantly reevaluated for the complete management of risk. Safety is our primary consideration while performing any of our services, but particularly during diving operations.

We only utilize professional equipment in top condition, and we maintain our equipment to continuously operate at peak performance. Our supervisors, divers, and tenders are commercially certified through Association of Commercial Diving Educators accredited commercial diving schools and refine their skills constantly in the field and through ongoing training.

We adhere to our own Safe Practices Manual, current Association of Diving Contractors International standards, OSHA requirements and US Army Core of Engineers 385 1-1 for military contract operations. At Substructure we are adamant about safety compliance; it cannot be stressed enough in our work.
