Our certified and highly experienced commercial divers support all states of dredging operations.  Substructure’s state-of-the-art and trailerable survey vessel, Orion, performs highly accurate hydrographic surveys to assess dredging areas before, during, and after a dredging operation. Accurate hydrographic survey data can indicate if areas have been dredged sufficiently – critical information where under-keel clearance is vital.  Additionally, surveys can reveal if debris removal in high-intensity areas, such as around nuclear power plants, is sufficient.  For these applications, Substructure performs multibeam surveys, which are significantly more robust and with considerably denser data than single-beam surveys.
